What To Expect At Your Appointment

Please book your appointment below. Once you have booked your time, you will receive a phone call in order to complete the appointment process. At that time, the final price of the services will be discussed. Submit your document using the document upload form below prior to the appointment.


Here is some basic information on how to be prepared for your appointment whether it is in-person or online:

  • You will need to know what type of notarization is needed. The most common options are: acknowledgment or jurat (oath). If you are not sure, check with the person who will receive the document once it has been signed.
  • Ensure the document has been completed in all of the appropriate places, EXCEPT signature.
  • Be sure you have a VALID and acceptable ID. See below for list of acceptable ID types.
  • Ensure your the name on your document matches the name on your identification.
  • Be sure ALL signers (and witnesses, if required) are present during the appointment. *Note - I can provide witnesses for all online sessions.
  • Deeds, Wills, and Advanced Directive Forms documents in the State of Florida requires TWO witnesses. For all other states, please verify your requirements for witnesses.
  • Be sure you understand the document you will be signing. The notary will NOT be able to provide any explanations or advice for the document to be notarized.
